Return Process

  Place the item back in its original retro-style packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
